[Objectives] We investigated oncological and functional outcomes of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP). [Materials and methods] From November 2011 to January 2016, a total of 377 men underwent RARP for localized prostate cancer. Data of trifecta(cancer control, continence, and potency) and pentafecta(trifecta, negative surgical margin, and no complication) were collected and analyzed from 34 men, who were potent preoperatively and had undergone cavernous nerve sparing. [Results] The trifecta and pentafecta were achieved in 73%(25/34) and 62%(21/34) at one year post-surgery, respectively. [Conclusions] Our results are comparable with previous reports in terms of backgrounds and outcomes of men receiving RARP with unilateral cavernous nerve-sparing technique.
