◆要旨：［目的］限局性前立腺癌に対するRARPの機能的アウトカムを検討した．［対象と方法］対象は2011年11月〜2016年1月にRARPを施行した377例のうち，陰茎海綿体神経温存術を行い，かつ手術前に性交可能な症例34例である．手術1年後のtrifecta（癌制御，尿禁制，勃起能維持）およびpentafecta（trifecta，かつ断端陰性，合併症無）達成率を求めた．［結果］Trifecta達成は73％（25/34），pentafecta達成は62％（21/34例）であった．［結論］年齢，術前の勃起機能の程度，主に片側陰茎海綿体神経温存術を実施していることを考慮すると国際的にも妥当な成績と考えられた．
［Objectives］ We investigated oncological and functional outcomes of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy（RARP）. ［Materials and methods］ From November 2011 to January 2016, a total of 377 men underwent RARP for localized prostate cancer. Data of trifecta（cancer control, continence, and potency） and pentafecta（trifecta, negative surgical margin, and no complication） were collected and analyzed from 34 men, who were potent preoperatively and had undergone cavernous nerve sparing. ［Results］ The trifecta and pentafecta were achieved in 73％（25/34） and 62％（21/34） at one year post-surgery, respectively. ［Conclusions］ Our results are comparable with previous reports in terms of backgrounds and outcomes of men receiving RARP with unilateral cavernous nerve-sparing technique.
