◆要旨：腸管子宮内膜症は比較的稀な疾患である．今回，回腸部子宮内膜症に対して腹腔鏡補助下で手術を施行した症例を経験したので報告する．患者は48歳，女性．3か月間，月経に随伴した下腹部痛を自覚して来院した．腹部造影CTにて回腸末端近くに壁肥厚を伴う狭窄部とそれより上部小腸の拡張を認めた．入院し絶飲食とした後，腹腔鏡補助下に回腸部分切除術を施行した．病理組織学的には小腸壁の固有筋層から漿膜下組織に子宮内膜組織を認めた．術後経過は良好で術後7日目に退院となった．

　We describe a patient with endometriosis that originated from the ileum who underwent laparoscopic surgery. A 48-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital for lower abdominal pain accompanied with menstruation that had been continuing for three months. A computed tomography showed a stenosis of the terminal ileum and a dilatation of the upper small bowel. An endoscopic examination revealed a stenosis of the ileum caused by submucosal tumor. Laparoscopic assisted small bowel resection was performed. Pathological diagnosis was ectopic endometriosis originating from the ileum. The patient's postoperative course was uneventful. She was discharged on the 7 th postoperative day.
