脳血管障害に対する医療ヘルスケアは，予防から早期発見，治療，リハビリテーション，在宅ケアに至るペイシェントジャーニーの各段階において，専門人材の不足，経験知と定性的判断による正確さの欠如，在宅におけるケアの質の担保などの課題がある。本論では，ウェアラブルセンサー，AI，デジタルツイン，スマートフォンアプリといったデジタル技術がこうした諸問題の解決に貢献し得ることを示した。

Abstract

Medical healthcare for cerebrovascular disorders faces challenges at each stage of the patient journey, from prevention to early detection, treatment, rehabilitation, and home care. These challenges include a lack of expert personnel, lack of accuracy due to empirical knowledge and qualitative judgment, and assurance of the quality of care at home. This article highlights that digital technologies such as wearable sensors, artificial intelligence, digital twins, and smartphone apps can aid in solving these problems.
