　I．はじめに

　小脳出血は劇症型では昏睡になり，生命にもかかわるが，一方軽症型では，頭痛，嘔気，めまいではじまり，頭位性めまいを示すのみのこともある。

　小脳出血は高血圧のある人，若い人でも動静脈奇形のある人にみられるとされ，その初発症状は，頭痛，激しい嘔吐，めまいの三症状であるといわれる。

　Seven cases of cerebellar hemorrhage were studied neurotologically. Four cases with hemorrhage in the cerebellar hemisphere, two cases in the vermis and one case with cerebellar hemorrhage with extravasation into the IV & III ventricles were investigated.

　These diagnosis were all confirmed by CT-scan and their symptoms were examined neurotologically. The cases of hemorrhage which involved the vestibulocerebellum showed reduction of fixation. The case of vermis hemorrhage showed the strong trunkal ataxia. The cerebellar hemorrhage with extravasation into the IV or III ventricle showed pontine or midbrain signs with cerebellar ataxia.
