比較的稀な鼻背部腫瘍2例

Two Cases of Tumors on the Dorsum of the Nose

I．はじめに

　鼻背部の腫瘍は皮膚に属することから，患者は皮膚科を受診したり，また整容的なものとして形成外科を受診するのも多い。しかしいずれもこれらの科からの報告も少なく，比較的稀であるいわゆる皮膚混合腫瘍を1例，若年性黒色腫を1例経験した。耳鼻咽喉科においての報告は，われわれが調べた範囲ではみられないが，鼻腔内にとどまらず鼻背にも注目して積極的に診療していく必要があると考えここに報告する。

　A 7-year-old female with a juvenile melanoma (1.5cm×1.8cm) in the dorsum of the nose and a 40-year-old female with a mixed tumor (0.8cm in diameter) at the tip of the nose were reported. Such lesions developed in the face are rather rare. A tumorous lesion around the nose must be suspected as juvenile melanoma or mixed tumor, and its diagnosis should be established histologically.
