tinnogramに関する研究補遺

STUDIES ON TINNOGRAMS

　耳鳴遮蔽検査を行ない，各周波数において得られた遮蔽点を結んでゆけば，いわゆるtinnogramが得られる。このtinnogramは，1）耳鳴の周波数，大きさの測定，2）耳鳴の治療効果の判定，3）耳鳴の成因の探究（耳鳴の診断）などに利用される。したがつてその目的にかなうようにtinnogramのいろいろな表わし方が工夫される。著者は1957年にtinnogramの描き方を4種類述べて，それらの特長について検討したが，その後の症例数が増えたので，再びtinnogramについて考えてみることにした。なお耳鳴遠蔽検査の方法については，耳喉，38巻5号（1966），同じく39巻10号（1967）に詳述したので，本篇では省略する。また4種のtinnogramは白岩俊雄編：臨床耳鼻咽喉科検査法の第119図〜第123図を参照していただきたい。

　innograms were obtained from 380 ears complaining of tinnitus aurium and divided into 4 different types for clinical evaluation.

　Tinnogram Was not helpful in establishing the etiology of tinnitus.

　Tinnogram aids in establishing the intensity of tinnitus and in determining the extent of recovery.

　Tinnograms may be reduced to consideration of two types only.
