突発性難聴の臨床的観察—完全回復例の検討とA. T. P. 使用経験

　I．緒言

　いわゆる原因不明の突発性難聴については最近5年間に表の如く報告されている（第1表）。しかし本症候による死亡例は稀なため，その原因・治療・予防等については，なお不明の点が多く，注目するところとなつている。われわれは東大分院耳鼻咽喉科において最近1年間に7例の突発性難聴を経験し，これに対しA. T. P. を使用してその臨床的観察を行なつたので，その症例を記載すると共に，病因，治療成績を検討した。

　Seven casces of sudden deafness of obscure origin are reported. In 4 cases among these, however, the cause by further examination was thought to be attributable to the vascular accident in the inner ear vessels. All cases were treated by administration of intravenous A. T. P. and glucose; 3 cases made a complete recovery of hearing. In 3 cases in whom the disease process appeared to be rather short in duration since its onset, the symptoms were unilateral, flat form audiogram without vertigo. No impovement was shown by treatment in the remaining four cases.
