- Abstract 文献概要
I．緒言
私は以前に中耳根治手術後あるいは膿胸穿刺後顔面半側肥大を起した症例を報告したが，最近三叉神経痛の経過中に起つた顔面半側肥大および舌肥大の症例を経験したので，如何にして三叉神経痛からこれらの病変が起るかの機序を考えて見たいと思う。
Iwata reports a case of tringeminal neura-lgia of a few months standing which broug-ht a complication of lipomatosis of the cheek and unilateral hypertrophy of the tongue. The author believes the abnormal deposits of fatty tissue to be the result of indirect stimulation of sympathetic nervous system from the irritations that caused onset of trigeminal neuralgia.
