前頭部蔓状神經腫及び眼窩僞腫瘍の各1症例

緒言

　前頭部から上眼瞼にかけてみられる慢性の膨隆としては先ず第一に前頭洞粘液嚢腫があげられるが，これに類似した所見を呈して然らざるものも亦数指を屈するに足りる．私は此両三年來まさしく前記部位に膨隆を來した前頭部蔓状神経腫と眼窩僞腫瘍との各1例に遭遇して，いささか興味を覚えたので，茲にその概略を述べ大方諸賢の御参考に供したいと思う．

The diagnosis of the condition in a man,,27 years of age, was plexiform neuroma of the forehead and, that of a woman, 22 years of age, was orbital pseudotumor. Complaints in both of these cases comprised of " the swelling of the upper eyelid". With desultory examination these conditions ,might Suggest frontal sinus mucocele, out, the age element in the onset of the two diseases should be a lead for making of the right diagnosis. However, with a preconcieved thought that the frontal sinus is in a direct connection to the lesion, a gross error might, thus, be committed.
