I．はじめに

　頭蓋内舌下神経鞘腫は稀な疾患で診断が困難なため，発見が遅れ，予後が不良であるとされてきた^8）．本疾患を疑うポイントは，長期にわたる一側の舌下神経麻痺とX線学的に舌下神経管の拡大を認めることであり^9），確診はCTでなされることが多い^14）．今回，一側の舌下神経麻痺と舌下神経管の拡大を認めながら，CTでは腫瘍像が得られずMRIで初めて腫瘍像が確認された頭蓋内舌下神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので報告する．

A case of intracranial hypoglossal neurinoma was re-ported and the literature was reviewed. A 56-year-old female with a three month history of urinary inconti-nence, headache and gait disturbance was admitted to our hospital in April, 1986. General physical examina-tion revealed nothing remarkable. Café, au lait spot was not found. Neurological examination revealed horizon-tal gaze nystagmus toward the right, paresthesia of the left upper extremity and mild muscle weakness of the left upper and lower extremities. Atrophy of the right side of the tongue with fasciculation was also noted.
