I．はじめに

　頭蓋内germ cell tumorは，本邦では欧米に比較すると発生率が高く，そのなかでteratomaの発生率は全脳腫瘍中0.5％であり^9），それほど稀なものではない．しかし，multiple teratomaは極めて稀なものであり，その報告も少ない^1,6,11）．われわれは，鞍上部と透明中隔部に明らかに分離された腫瘍が存在し．鞍上部はma—ture teratoma，透明中隔部はmature teratomaとem—bryonal carcinomaの組織診断を得た症例を経験した．combined germ cell tumorの場合，その起源を原発性とするか，転移性とするかという問題が生じてくるが，われわれの症例について文献的考察とともに報告する．

It is rare to find primary multiple teratomas among intracranial tumors. We report a case of multiple teratomas combined with embryonal carcinoma.

A 22-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of loss of appetite and emaciation. Neuro-logical examination was negative except bilateral optic nerve atrophy and generalized hvperreflexia. The endocrinological study showed panhypopituitarism and partial DI. CT scan revealed irregularly enhanced abnormal masses involving suprasellar cistern and the septum pellucidum.
