I．はじめに

　最近われわれは，慢性硬膜下血腫例の頭蓋単純X線撮影で偶然頭蓋骨の局所性の過骨症が発見され，全摘の結果，骨腫と頭蓋骨内の髄膜腫の合併と診断された症例を経験した．以下，本症例につき文献的考察を加え報告する．

A very rare case of intraosseous meningioma accom-panied with osteoma is reported.

A 57-year-old male was admitted with left chronic subdural hematoma and an operation was immediately performed. At the time of admission skull X-ray film showed a high density area in the right frontoparietal region. Postoperative CT scanning showed no abnormality at standard window, widths and levels or at higher window, widths and levels. 99m Tc MPP scinti gram showed increased activity in the right frontoparietal region. Tomography of the skull indicated hyperostosis involving all layers.
