I．はじめに

　悪性リンパ腫は，最近の網内系学の進歩と相まって，その免疫学的，病理学的側面からの分類研究が特に盛んである．脳神経外科領域においても，近年頭蓋内悪性リンパ腫の報告は増えつつあるが，全脳腫瘍中に占める割合は少なく，稀なものの1つである．今回我々は，初回手術後15年余という長年月を経て局所再発をみた症例，および多発脳神経麻痺を主症状として発症し，病理組織学的にBurkitt typeと診断された症例，計2例の頭蓋内原発性と考えられる悪性リンパ腫を経験した．

Two cases of primary intracranial malignant lym-phoma are reported. Case 1 was a 65-year-old femalewho was operated on for a left frontoparietal tumorin 1966 at our hospital, and the tumor was diagnosedas reticulum cell sarcoma histologically. Irradiationwas also clone. Thereafter, she had had no serioustrouble except for slight right hemiparesis. In Marchof 1982, right hemiparesis became worse and distur-bance of consciousness also appeared. CT scan andleft carotid angiogram revealed a left fronto-temporo-parietal tumor. Subtotal removal of the tumor wasperformed on the 1st of April.
