I．はじめに

　近年，絨毛癌における治療成績は化学療法の向上に伴い飛躍的に発達している．しかし，こと脳転移例においては，いまだ死亡率が高く，当院においても過去7例の絨毛癌の他臓器転移中，3例の脳転移全例が死亡しており，その予後は致命的とさえいわれている．

　今回われわれは絨毛癌の左前頭葉，頭頂葉の5ヵ所および右下肺野の転移巣を全摘し，さらに化学療法，放射線療法を行い良好な経過を送っている症例を経験したので，絨毛癌に対する現在の治療法を含め，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A surgical case of multiple cerebral metastases fromchoriocarcinoma was reported, who was a 26 year-oldfemale. She had received treatment of hydatid moleon April 1979, and admitted to our hospital for theconsciousness disturbance and right hemiparesis. CTscan showed two high density tumors with markedbrain edema. Emergency craniotomy was performedand five tumors were completely removed. Followingthe operation, symptoms of increased intracranialpressure and disturbance of consciousness weremarkedly improved in about a week. She receivedradiation therapy. After radiochemotherapy, ametastatic lung tumor was removed.
