側脳室腫瘍・1—自験30例の臨床像の検討

Lateral Ventricle Tumors (Part 1):Clinical Manifestations on 30 Cases

Ⅰ．はじめに

　側脳室内に発育する腫瘍には，病理組織学的に種々の腫瘍が含まれているが，従来より単一の疾患群としてあつかわれている^18）．これは側脳室内に発育する腫瘍は組織の違いはあっても臨床症状，検査方法，治療法などがおよそ近似しているからと思われる．私達は過去18年間に30例の側脳室腫瘍を経験しており，今回その第1報とし臨床症状につき検討し，特に側脳室内腫瘍の中でも固有側脳室腫瘍と労側脳室腫瘍に分けて各々の分析を試みた．

The clinical investigations especially on symptomatology of 30 cases of the tumors of the lateral ventricle are carried out.

For the clinical analysis, in agreement with Koos and Lauhichler, the tumors of the lateral ventricle are classified into 2 groups, as follows: 1. Intraventricular tumors group (11 cases) 2. Paraventricular tumors group (18 cases)
