Ⅰ．はじめに

　腺様嚢胞癌は大唾液腺，小唾液腺，涙腺，気管あるいは乳腺等から発生する発育緩慢な悪性腫瘍である．局所再発や神経周囲のリンパ腔，神経組織に沿って浸潤性に発育したり，血行性に遠隔転移する．

　今回，われわれは右側顎下腺原発の腺様嚢胞癌根治術後約6年経過して左側小脳半球に転移した症例を経験した．脳神経外科領域での報告は極めて少ないので文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma in left cerebellar hemisphere is reported. A 45 years female had noticed a tumor in right mandibular region 6 years ago, the tumor was totally extirpated with adjacent lymph nodes. Histologically, the tumor was verified as typical adenoid cystic carcinoma. She had begun to complain of headache and nausea on February 1977, which had gradually increased the severity and fregency. On 2nd December of the same year, she was admitted with cerebellar fits.
