　重症頭部外傷例に頸動脈撮影を施行したところ，脳動脈からの造影剤により脳室造影Extravasationのみられた稀有なる症例を経験したので、その脳血管写および剖検脳所見について報告する．

A rare case of traumatic intraventricular extravasation exhibiting clear shadows of the bilateral lateral ventricles on the carotid angiogram is reported. The patient, a 41-year-old pedestrian was struck by a truck in January 1976. He was admitted to our hospital in a comatose state with dilatation of bilateral pupils and flaccid paralysis of all extremities. Craniogram clearly displayed a basal fracture. Carotid angiography revealed the extravasation from internal carotid and posterior cerebral arteries to the basal cisterns. In addition an abnormal shadow along the internal cerebral vein was seen in the arterial phase of the lateral view.
