特異なCT像を呈した外傷性脳室内出血の1例

A Case of Traumatic Intraventricular Hemorrhage

Ⅰ．はじめに

　CT scanが，極めて緊急性を要求される頭部外傷の診断に有用であることはいまさらいうまでもない．頭部外傷により生じる脳挫傷や脳室内出血，明らかなmass effectを是しない脳内血腫等の診断や，血腫と周囲の脳浮腫との鑑別等は従来の検査法では限界とされていたがCT scanの出現により極めて明確に診断されるようになった．最近われわれは，CT上特異な所見を呈した外傷性脳室内出血の1例を経験し，従来あまり検討がなされなかった外傷性脳室内品血の発生機序につき，本症のCT所見と若干の文献を加えて考察を試みたので報告する．

CT scan is recognized to be a rapid, noninvasive and informative examination in evaluation of the head injured patient. It is also possible to evaluate the presenceof the intracerebral hematoma without remarkable mass effect, cerebral contusion, associated cerebral edema and ventricular hemorrhage.

We present a case of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage.
