嚢胞性髄膜腫の1例

Cystic Meningioma : A Case Report

Ⅰ．はじめに

　髄膜腫において顕微鏡的嚢胞がみられる症例には時々遭遇するが，肉眼的に大きな嚢胞を形成する症例は，非常にまれである．　Cushing and Eisenhardt^3）やRusselland Rubinslein^9）によりcyslic meningiomaとして記載されているが，その後の報告例は少ない．

　われわれは，大きな嚢胞と小腫瘤からなる髄膜腫を経験したので，ここにその症例を報告するとともに．考察を加える．

It is generally known that meningioma is usually afirm, solid and benign tumor. The authors experienced a case of unusual meningioma with large cysts. This paper is a report of the case with special reference to its angiographic features. The surgical treatment was also discussed.

A 43-year-old man was admitted because of speech disturbance and right hemiparasis. Brain scintigrams and angiograms demonstrated a mass lesion in the left frontal lobe. Selective external carotid angiograms showed a small homogeneous tumor stain, but selective internal carotid angiograms suggested a mass much larger than the tumor stain.
