石灰化硬膜下血腫に合併した亜急性硬膜下血腫の1症例

A Case of Sub-acute Subdural Hematoma associated with a Calcified Subdural Hematoma

Ⅰ．はじめに

　石灰化硬膜下血腫は，それほど稀なものではないと思われるが^2，14）．意外にその報告例は少ない^{3，4，6，9，12，15，17）}．しかしそれに合併して亜急性硬膜下血腫^1，18）が発生したという報告はわれわれが集めえた文献には見られなかった．最近，われわれは45歳男性が意識消失のない軽微な頭部外傷2日後に失語症にて発症し，手術により石灰化硬膜下血腫とその周辺に新鮮な硬膜下血腫を認め，それらを摘出し治癒せしめえた症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えてここに報告する．

A 45-year-old man, who had been in good health, was admitted to Asahikawa Red Cross Hospital on April 14, 1975 with chief complaint of difficulty in speaking. Three days prior to admission he was involved in an automobile accident, and received facial and scalp minor laceration without loss of consciousness. One day before entry he noted some difficulty in speaking, which was apparently getting worse.

Physical examination on admission disclosed a few scars of lacerations on the face and scalp.
