An autopsy case of microencephaly (740g), 23 years old female with severe mental retardation and physical disturbance, was studied.
The characteristic features of neuropathological findings were midline anomalies, which were the total agenesis of the corpus callosum in the cerebrum and the partial agenesis of the cerebellar vermis.
