Abstract 文献概要

日常生活動作のうち摘む，リズムを刻む，立位を保つ，歩くをテーマとして，運動学的に捉えられる老化の様相を明らかにしている研究を概観した。高齢者の運動は筋力の低下などに伴う量的変化だけでなく，協調運動の崩壊という質的変化を示す。とくに運動調節を支える冗長な知覚系の機能低下は運動の多様性を奪い，できる運動パターンにおけるsafety margin（安全策）の拡大を招いている。またリズム形成の異常は歩行パターンにも影響している。

It is important to know how aging affects the motor coordination in daily living. This paper is a review on coordinated movements such as precision grip, rhythmic movement, standing posture, and walking in the elderly adults.

In the control of precision grip force during lifting and holding of objects with the index finger and thumb, the majority of the elderly adults employed a considerably greater safety margin force and slip force while holding objects. They needed more trials to adjust their grip force to optimal level.
