Maternal physiological changes during pregnancy : the basis for interpretation of laboratory data from pregnant women

妊産婦から得られた臨床検査データを正しく理解するためには，妊娠による生理的変化の理解が不可欠である．循環血液量の増加，水血症，インスリン抵抗性増加，血液凝固亢進，内分泌系の変化などに特徴づけられる妊産婦に特有な様々な変化が，臨床検査データに反映される．これらの生理的変化は，①胎児を育てるために有利な環境整備，②分娩時の出血に対する備え，③妊娠維持あるいは分娩発来への準備などを目的としたものと考えられ，複雑で巧緻なメカニズムに支えられている．
