Seminoma of Undescended Testis in an Aged Male:A Case Report

　症例は64歳，男性。有痛性の右鼠径部腫瘤を主訴に来院した。受診時に右外鼠径輪直下に，直径5cm大の可動性のない有痛性の腫瘤を触れた。陰嚢内には右精巣を認めなかった。画像診断では腫瘤内部は不均一な像を示した。右停留精巣に発生した精巣腫瘍と診断し，右高位精巣摘出術を施行した。病理組織診断はセミノーマであった。腹部CTで傍大動脈リンパ節に転移があり，PVB療法および放射線療法を施行した。

A 64-year-old man visited our hospital complaining a pain-ful mass in his right inguinal region. The painful and unmov-able mass of 5 cm in diameter was palpated nearby the right inguinal ring. On ultrasonography and pelvic CT scan, the mass was heterogenous. Right high orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of testicular tumor occurred in undescended testis. Histological examination of the resected testis revealed pure seminoma. Postoperatively chemotherapy (PVB regimen) and radiation therapy were performed because of the paraaortic lymphnode metastasesfound on abdominal CT scan.
