Abstract 文献概要

　患者は22歳男性。家族性大腸ポリポージスの家系の一員である。膀胱炎症状および気尿を主訴として来院。注腸造影などにより直腸癌を伴った家族性大腸ポリポージスおよび直腸膀胱瘻と診断し，大腸全摘術，回腸瘻造設術，膀胱部分切除術を施行した。摘出標本にて膀胱後壁と直腸との間に瘻孔の存在が確認されたが組織学的には炎症性に形成された瘻孔であった。

A 22-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with the complaints of urinary frequency, feeling of incomplete voiding and pneumaturia. Family history revealed that some of his relatives suffered from familial polyposis coli. Cystoscopy, excretory urography, cystography, CT scan, barium enemas and colonic endoscopy showed diffuse polyposis all over the colon and rectal cancer, and recto-vesical fistula was suspected. The patient underwent total colectomy, ileostomy and partial resection of the bladder.
