緒言

　尿道の良性腫瘍は女子に多く，男子には比較的稀である。われわれは男子多発性尿道乳頭腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 39 year-old male visited us with the chief complaint of macrohematuria. Urethrogram showed many filling defects at the anterior urethra. TUR was performed under the diagnosis of tumor of the anterior urethra. Histological examination revealed squamous papillomas of the condyloma type. 41 Japanese cases of urethral papilloma were collected and the clinical features were discussed.
