はじめに
同種腎移植後における尿路系外科的合併症の発生は，古くから数々の報告1〜3）が見られるが，その免疫抑制の特殊性ゆえに，一旦発生するとその治療および尿路再建法に関する重大な関心事は，実際に腎移植にたずさわるチームにとつて，大いに苦慮する点である4,5）。すなわち免疫抑制剤としての特にステロイドによる創傷治癒機転の障害は，一般外科および泌尿器科の諸手術より予想外に大きいものである。
そこで，尿路感染症を除外し，いわゆる尿路系外科的合併症を中心として，当教室治験例の検討，ならびに昭和47年12月末日までの日本移植学会登録例の統計的観察および若干の文献的考察を行なつてみた。
Surgical complications of the urinary tract after renal homotransplants were studied on cases regi-stered before the end of December 1972 at the society of Japanese transplantation and cases from our department. The total of 248 cases from 37 institute were collected and complications were seen in 30 cases (12.1%) with urinary fistula, ureteral stricture or obstruction and others.
Urinary fistula were seen in 60% and ureteral stricture or obstruction were seen in 40%.
