乳児後腹膜奇形腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL TERATOMA IN INFANT

緒言

　後腹膜奇形腫は比較的稀な疾患とされてきたが，本邦ににおける報告例も最近は急増し，もはや稀有の疾患とは言えなくなつている。われわれも乳児の本症1例を経験したので，その症例を紹介するとともに本邦における乳児後腹膜奇形腫を集計し若干の考察を加えたい。

The case is a 4 month old girl, whoes abdominal mass was pointed out by a pediatrician, when she was brought to for vomitting after lactation, 2 months after birth. A retroperitoneal mass was suspected at Narashino National Hospital and was referred to Urological clinic of Chiba University on February 1, 1971. The mass occupied the right upper abdomen, extending over the midline, projecting like a hemisphere and an infant head sized, clastic hard, immobilized mass with irregular surface, was palpable.
