緒言

　多くのIntersexの中でもasymmetrical gonadal　dysgenesisは真性半陰陽，Turner症候群および男性半陰陽のほぼ中間に位すると考えられる特異な病型であつて，本邦においてはその報告例も少ない。われわれは本症と診断して経過観察中に，その停留睾丸にgynecomastiaを伴なうchoriocarci-nomaが発生し，Actinomycin Dの使用により一時軽快したが不幸な転帰をとり，剖検し得た1例を経験したので，その概略を報告するとともに，かかるIntersexと睾丸腫瘍発生に関し若干の考察を加えてみる。

This case has first visited our clinic at 3 years of age with the chief complaint of abnormality of the external genitalia and resection of the vagina, uterus, and dysgenetic gonad was performed after the diagnosis of asymmetrical gonadal dysgenesis with horse-shoe kidney was established by exploratory laparotomy. Surgery for hypospadia was done at the age of 6, 7 years after exploratory laparotomy, patient visited our clinic with the chief complaint of high fever, lower abdominal mass, dysuria and constipation, and one year previously, enlargement of penis,
