Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患で，在来の本邦統計では泌尿器科患者総数例のうちの0.1％である。筆者らは都南病院において，昭和41年11月より昭和42年10月までの1年間に特徴ある睾丸腫瘍4例を経験したので報告する。

Four cases of testicular tumors of various pathology were experienced in a year period between November, 1966 and October, 1967, at our hospital. Case 1. Adult teratoma of the right testicle associated with hydrocele was successfully removed from a 1 year and 2 months old boy. No lymphadenectomy nor irradiation therapy was done. The patient has been in good health up to present with no sign of recurrence. Case 2. Embryonal carcinoma, left: Thirty-one years old male, who had previously been operated with a clinical diagnosis of testicular torsion, was seen in our clinic complaining of the same testicle increasing in size.
