72歳男性。表在性膀胱癌のフォロー中のCTで右精囊に3cm大の腫瘤を認めた。MRI，FDG-PETにて局所浸潤や遠隔転移は認めず，精囊針生検にて扁平上皮癌の診断となり手術を施行した。膀胱，直腸への浸潤があり，骨盤内臓全摘となった。病理は右精囊を主座とする扁平上皮癌であり，周囲組織へ浸潤し，精囊組織の破壊が著明だった。術後2か月弱で多発転移巣が生じ癌死した。剖検では精囊への転移をきたし得る他臓器原発性の悪性腫瘍は認めなかった。

We report a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the seminal vesicle in a 72-year-old male. The 3 cm-sized tumor of the right seminal vesicle was detected by computed tomography during a follow-up of bladder tumor. MRI and FDG-PET showed no local invasion and no metastasis. Needle biopsy confirmed the tumor as squamous cell carcinoma. Operative findings showed severe local invasion to adjacent organs, so he underwent total pelvic exenteration. Pathological result was solid squamous cell carcinoma of the right seminal vesicle with severe local invasion. He died of multiple metastases in 2 month after operation. Autopsy findings did not show any sings of other primary malignant tumor, and metastatic lesions were squamous cell carcinoma.
