Kaposi肉腫は1872年M．Kaposiが"idiopa-thic multiple pigment sarcoma of the skin"として報告して以来，特異な臨床経過と多彩な病理組織学的所見とのため注目をあつめ，種々の異名のもとに多くの報告をみるが，今日ではKobner（1891）の命名によるsarcoma idiopathicum multiplex haemorrhagicum（Kaposi），あるいはKaposi肉腫としてよく知られている．Dutzら1）は1960年までに報告された全症例を集計し，1,256例としているが，その後も海外において本症の報告は数多くなされている．本邦においては，大島（大正8年）の報告を嚆矢とし，現在までわずか38例の報告をみるにすぎない．さらに合併疾患としては，Hodgkin病，lymphosarcoma，lymphatic leukaemia等1,2）が多く，まれにmuhiplemyeloma3），aplastic anaemia4）があり，その他，内臓諸器官の悪性腫瘍の併発も指摘されている2,5）．本症は毛細血管由来の腫瘍であるとする報告もあるが5,6），血管腫に発生したKaposi肉腫の報告はきわめて少なく，過去10年間の内外の文献を渉猟するに，Klippel-Trenaunay母斑症の血管腫から発生したとするSzegoらの1例7）を見るにすぎない．今回著者らは同様にKlippel-Trenaunay母斑症から発生したKaposi肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する．
A 16-year-old girl, who had had Kaposi's sarcoma which developed on Klipplel-Trenaunay's pha-comatosis was reported.
The review of Kaposi's sarcoma on the reported 38 cases in Japan was performed. In regard of the complications on Kaposi's sarcoma, there are many reports of malignant tumors, which derived from the mesenchymal tissue, Hodgkin's disease and lymphosarcoma, etc. Some authors believe Kaposi's asarcom will originate from the reticuloendothelial system, but others from the vascular system.
Kaposi's sarcoma developed on Klippel-Trenaunay's phacomatosis has never been reported in Japan.
Our case may suggest that this sarcoma will originate from the vascular system.
Our case was operated in the early stage, irradiated with x-ray and treated with cyclophosphamide.
