脊椎辷り症による足穿孔症

MAL PERFORANT DU PIED DUE TO SPONDYLOLISTHESIS

　足穿孔症は一般に中枢神経または末梢神経の障害により発生することが多く，しかも脊椎披裂をはじめとする各種脊椎疾患に起因する中枢性の場合が多い^1）という．我々は最近脊椎辷り症に原因した本症の1例を経験したので，以下に報告する．

A case of this disease in a 49-year-old housewife was reported. Physical examinations revealed saddle-shaped sensory dissociation as well as the paraesthesia on the soles and thighs. Roentgenogram showed the findings of spondylolisthesis in the lumbar vertebrae. Resection of the vertebrae arch introduced the cure of the skin lesions.
