続発性棘状苔癬について—自験数例を中心に

FOUR CASES OF "SEKUNDÄRER SPINULOSISMUS (BRÜHNAUER)"

　いわゆる続発性棘状苔癬（sekundärer Spinulos-ismus, spinulosisme）の原疾患としては，白癬および白癬疹，梅毒疹，扁平苔癬，苔癬状皮膚結核，毛孔性苔癬，砒素中毒疹，ことにサルバルサン疹，風疹，麻疹または猩紅熱様熱性疾患，Sch-ick-tcst過敏症，脂漏性皮膚炎等が記載せられている，私共は最近，続発性棘状苔癬の数例を経験し，観察する機会を得たので，ここに若干の文献的考察を加えて記載したい．

There are many sorts of deseases which show the same symptoms as lichen pilaris seu spinulosus (Crocker) during a certain period of the desease. They are called "sekundarer spinulosismus (Brühnauer)".

The aetiological causes of these desease seem to be as follows:

1. Intoxication including drug eruption.

2. A type of lichen which is a reaction of infectious stimulus.

3. Individual differences of congenital reaction or various acquired causes.

We have had such four examples of "sekundarer Spinulosismus" lately which we described this record with reference to some documents.
