Abstract 文献概要

　1956年，Smith＆Coburn^1）は，従来intra-epidermal basal cell epithelioma （Jadassohn）といわれてきた表皮内腫瘍のなかにsudorifero-us natureの腫瘍が含まれているこを指摘した。すなわち表皮内に多中心性限局性にみとめられ，形態的に単一な小型の基底細胞類似の細胞よりなる腫瘍塊をsweat germの形成と老え，かかる腫瘍に対してhidroacanthoma simplexという名称を提示した。

　最近，著者らはほぼ定型的と思われるhidro-acanthoma simplexの1例を経験したので，その詳細を報告するとともに，表皮内汗管由来の腫瘍とくにeccrine poroepitheliomaとの関係につき若干の考察を行ないたい。

A case of this disease in a 63-year-old woman, which resembled Bowen's disease clinically, was reported.

Histological picture was the intraepidermal type of the eccrine poroepithelioma, and its cha-racteristics were as followes ; (1) Intraepidermal, multicentric tumor cell nests, (2) the cystlike structure, (3) large amout of glycogen in the tumor cell, and (1) findings suggesting intimate relationships with toe eccrine sweat duct.
