顔面下疳様膿皮症の1例

I．はじめに

　1934年，E．Hoffmann^1）によつてはじめて記載された顔面下疳様膿皮症なる疾患は，主に顔面を侵し，そのあたかも硬性下疳を思わせる特異な臨床所見に対して与えられた病名である。多くの場合，病巣部より葡萄球菌が証明されることにより，一応細菌性疾患に分類されてはいるものの，その原因菌としての充分な意味ずけとなると，今なお，不明な点が多い疾患であるが，本邦における報告例は極めて少ない。われわれは，最近，本症と考えられる1例を経験したので以下に報告する。

A 12-year-old boy found a aphtha-like eruption on the center of lower lip about 3 weeks ago, which enlarged gradually in spite of topical and systemic treatment.

At his first visit to our clinic it was a thumb-sized induration with ulcer suggesting ulcus durum.

Treponema pallidum from the lesion was failed to be proved, and serological test for syphilis was negative. Staphylococcus aureus was cultured from the eruption.

Histologic picture was non-specific granulomatous inflammation.

Systemic administration of antibiotics showed no particular effect, but it was cured spontaneo-usly.
