I．はじめに

　1889年Hutchinson^1）により，"A Peculiar　Form of Serpiginous and Infective NaevoidDisease"としてはじめて報告され，1893年Rad-cliffe-Crocker^2）によつて，"angioma serpigino-sum"と命名された本症は，従来主として米国学派^3）〜6）により，いわゆる"pigmented purpuric　dermatoses"の範疇に属する疾患として紹介さている。しかしがなら，1957年英国のFrain-Bell^7）が，本症の独立性を論じ，従来の報告例中には，Hutchinsonの原著に一致せざる症例があることを指摘して以来，最近では米国においても，その見解に従う論文^17）18）が散見されるに至つている。

　最近われわれは，20歳女子に発生した本症を経験し，これを一種の毛細血管性母斑と推定することができたので，文献的考察を加え，ここに報告するものである。

A case of this disorder on the left chest, left sideneck, upper and lower extremities in a 20-year-old girl was reported.

This disease does not belong to pigmented purpuric dermatoses, but it is a kind of capillary nevus. Its clinical manifestation is consisted of small red pointed eruption of angiomatous or telangiectatic nature. Histologically it shows dilatation of capillaries in papillary and subpapillary layer of the dermis without inflammatory reaction.
