エクリン汗口腫（Eccrine poroma）について

ECCRINE POROMA

I．はじめに

　エクリン汗口腫（eccrine poroma）は，Pinkusら^1）が1956年に足蹠に発生した5例の腫瘍を組織学的に検討して，その腫瘍が表皮内汗管の組織学的特長を有することを見出し，従来基底細胞腫，老人性疣贅の中に含まれていた腫瘍から，表皮内汗管より生じた腫瘍として独立させたものである。その後本症の報告は世界各地から相次ぎ，この腫瘍がまれでないこと，またエクリン汗管は，皮膚腫瘍の発生母地として重視されるべきことを示している。われわれは最近本腫瘍の1例を経験したのでここに記載し，あわせてこの腫瘍について少しく考察を加えた。

A 20-year-old girl found a papule on the hairline of forehead 3 years ago, which became to a azuki-sized tumor. It was excised under the diagnosis of granuloma pyogenicum. Histologic picture was typical of eccrine poroma. It was outstanding feature in this case that some cells in a part contained melanin and there were melanocytes around them.
