　はじめに

　腫瘍，外傷，外耳道手術などにおいて耳甲介部の再建が必要とされる場合，その陥凹した形態や，周囲組織の可動性の不足などから，再建が困難な症例も少なくない。われわれは耳甲介部の再建に耳介後部の皮膚を利用した皮下茎皮弁を利用し，良好な結果を得ているので報告する。

Concha has difficulty of reconstruction for its depressed appearance and poor mobility of thecircumferential tissues. A retroauricular subcutane-ous flap is ideal for the conchal reconstruction, because this flap has a thin form, sufficient blood supply from postauricular artery, and excellent texture and color match. In addition, the donor scar of the flap is inconspicuous. Depressed appearance of the concha is able to be replicated because of less scar contracture.
