Abstract 文献概要

　はじめに

　顎骨より発生する腫瘍には，外骨膜性に生ずるものと骨内部に生ずるものとがある^1）。その絶対数は決して多いものではなく，特に顎骨内部に発生するcentral fibromaは少ない^1,2）。今回われわれは10歳女児の下顎骨中心性に発生した巨大なsimple fibromaの1症例に遭遇し，病理的に検討した結果central fibromaの中のfibroma （同義語：non-osteogenic fibroma，non-ossifying fibroma）として分類される症例，すなわちcentral non-ossifying fibromaであるという結論に達した。文献的考察を加え報告する。

Central fibromas are classified into three basic variants, namely non-ossifying, desmoplastic, and odontogenic types. A review of the literature shows that only seven cases have been reportd, and this indicatied rarity of of this tumor in the mandible.Based on available literature, we believe that there is a female preponderance in the incidence of central non-ossifying fibromas of the jaw bone. We described a case of central non-ossifyingfibroma of the mandible in a 10-year-old girl. Surgical extirpation of the tumor was carried out and reconstruction of the defect is planned in the future.
