はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科・頭頸部外科領域における悪性腫瘍で聴器癌は1％弱と^1,2），比較的珍しいとされている。聴器癌は通常，耳介癌，外耳道癌，中耳癌に分類されるが，その発生頻度についてLewis^3）は自験例の150例を検討し，それぞれ60％，28％，12％であったと報告している。腫瘍を発見しやすい耳介癌の予後は比較的良好であると考えられている^1～3）。今回われわれは耳介癌を1例経験したので若干の文献的考察を交えて報告する。

　A 78-year-old female with malignant tumor of the auricle was treated in Otolaryngology of Kagawa University Hospital. Pathological diagnosis was basal cell carcinoma, morpheic type. The tumor was 15 mm in diameter and surgical procedure was performed. The tumor was resected with ipsilateral skin and auricular cartilage under local anesthesia. In this case, local pedicle skin flap was selected to increase the graft survival and to shorten the surgical time. The defective part of medial auricle was covered with post auricular skin flap（hinge flap）. This procedure was considered to be the simple and minimum invasive technique.
