はじめに
乳児血管腫は1歳未満の乳児において頭頸部に生じる最も多い良性腫瘍の1つであるが1,2），声門下血管腫は非常に稀である3）。声門下血管腫は呼吸状態が悪化した場合には緊急に気管内挿管や気管切開による気道確保が必要であるが，声門下血管腫の治療はまだ確立していない4）。今回気管内挿管を要したが，プレドニゾロンとプロプラノロールで加療し縮小した声門下血管腫の症例を経験したので報告する。
Subglottic hemangioma is a rare tumor of infancy which may cause severe airway obstruction. Many different treatments have been described. Propranolol was recently discovered to be effective for the treatment of infantile hemangioma. We report one case of subglottic hemangioma treated with prednisolone and propranolol.
A 2-month-old female presented with stridor. An enhanced MRI and endoscopic findings revealed subglottic hemangioma. After several days propranolol had started, we found out that the size of hemangioma became smaller.
Two months later, an enhanced MRI and endoscopic findings revealed no hemangioma. We suggested that propranolol is effective for subglotic hemangioma.
