Abstract 文献概要

　特発性黄斑上膜19眼につき，光干渉断層計（OCT）所見と，視力，蛍光造影所見との関係を検索した。OCTで計測した中心窩厚と傍中心窩厚は，logMAR視力と負の相関があった。この相関は，中心窩厚よりも傍中心窩厚について強かった。黄斑部の形状，黄斑下嚢胞の有無視力とは相関しなかった。蛍光眼底造影による黄斑部の漏出の有無は，視力および中心窩厚と相関しなかった。

We evaluated 19 eyes regarding findings by optical coherence tomography (OCT) as related to visual acuity and fluorescein angiographic findings. There was a negative correlation between foveal and parafoveal thickness and logMAR visual acuity. There was a higher correlation between parafoveal thickness and logMAR visual acuity. Foveal or parafoveal thickness was not correlated with the morphology of the macula, presence of macular cyst, or visual acuity. Presence of dye leakage in the macula was correlated neither with visual acuity nor foveal thickness.
