Abstract 文献概要

（24D-12）　網膜動脈閉塞症61眼につき，眼底写真をもとに，栓子の有無と全身合併症を検索した。網膜中心動脈閉塞症32眼，網膜動脈分枝閉塞症25眼，毛様網膜動脈閉塞症4眼である。栓子は網膜中心動脈閉塞症の28％，網膜動脈分枝閉塞症48％で発見された。栓子の部位と勤脈閉塞部位とは必ずしも一致しなかった。栓子のある網膜動脈分枝閉塞症では，心臓と内頸動脈病変の頻度が高かった。栓子のある網膜動脈分枝閉塞症では心・内頸動脈病変の検索が望まれる。

We reviewed the fundus photographs of 61 eyes with retinal artery occlusion. The series comprised central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) 32 eyes, branch retinal artery occlusion (BRAO) 25 eyes and occlusion of cilioretinal artery 4 eyes. Retinal emboli were present in 28% of eyes with CRAO and in 48% of eyes with BRAO. The location of emboli did not always coincide with the site of occlusion. Patients of BRAO with emboli showed a high incidence of cardiac or internal carotid lesions. We advocate due attention to possible cardiovascular lesions in patients of BRAO manifesting emboli.
