（P-2-64）　眼圧下降手術を必要としたボスナー・シュロスマン症候群3例を経験した。いずれも男性で，年齢は35歳，42歳，51歳であった。いずれも片眼発症で，罹病歴はそれぞれ15年，3年，6年である。薬物により十分な眼圧コントロールが得られず，2症例では緑内障特有の網膜神経線維層欠損を伴う視野障害が生じたために，マイトマイシンC併用の線維柱帯切除術を行った。全例で眼圧が正常域になり，発作の頻度は低下している。本症候群には難治例があり，濾過手術が必要なことを示す症候群である。

We observed three cases of glaucomatocyclitis crisis. All were males, aged 35, 42 and 51 years respectively. All were unilaterally affected. The disease had been present for 15, 3 and 6 years respectively. All the cases were initially treated by conventional medications. Trabeculectomy with adjunct use of mitomycin C had to be performed due to persistent elevation of intraocular pressure (TOL) in 3 eyes and retinal nerve fiber and visual field defect in 2 eyes. IOL control was achieved in all the eyes after surgery. The frequency of attacks also decreased. These cases illustrate that there are recalcitrant cases in this syndrome and that filtering surgery may be necessary to induce IOP control.
