（17-P1-22）　両眼性加齢黄斑変性滲出型瘢痕期の20例20眼に対し，走査レーザー検眼鏡を用いた微小視野検査（microperimetry）を行い，固視点の位置，および固視点の網膜感度を調べた。20例中遠見矯正視力0.1以上を有する11例では，中心窩から固視点までの距離が1乳頭径以内，または固視領域の網膜感度が10dB以上であり，9例（82％）で両方の条件を満たした。これらの条件はロービジョンエイドを行う際の視機能の評価として利用できると思われた。

Twenty eyes with age-related macular degeneration in the cicatricial stage were evaluated as to the position and sensitivity of the fixation point by means of microperimetry with a scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO). The distance between the fovea and the fixation point was less than 1 disc diameter in 11 eyes with the corrected visual acuity of 0.1 or more. The retinal sensitivity was 10dB or greater in the area of fixation in 9 of the 11 eyes (82%). The present finding appeared to be of value in planning the use of low vision aids.
