　両眼に中心性漿液性脈絡膜症を発症した傍中心型網膜色素変性症の症例を経験した。症例は35歳の男性で，両眼底に傍中心型網膜色素変性症に特徴的な黄斑部を輪状に取り囲む網膜色素変性巣に加えて，黄斑部の漿液性網膜剥離が認められた。黄斑部の病変は螢光眼底撮影所見より中心性漿液性脈絡膜症と診断さた。これまで傍中心型網膜色素変性症の眼合併症に関する報告はなく，きわめて稀な症例と考えられた。

A 35-year-old male presented bilateral idiopath-ic central serous choroidopathy. We detected, besides, pericentral pigmentary retinal degenera-tion in both eyes.

The retina was grayish and mottled around the macula and the disc. Serous macular elevation was present in both eyes. A small focus of serous detach-ment of retinal pigment epithelium was located in the left eye. The peripheral retina, the optic disc and retinal vessels appeared to be normal. Fluores-cein angiography showed hyperfluorescence in the ring-like zone corresponding to the grayish mottled perifoveal area in both eyes. Both eyes showed leakage of the dye compatible with central serous choroidopathy.
