Abstract 文献概要

　静的量的自動視野計Automatic Tan-gent Screen （ATS−85）を設計開発した。この自動視野計は，小型で比較的低価格であり，thres-hold-related suprathreshold perimetryを行い，異常のある部をthree zonesに分け，比較暗点の感度をdB表示できるうえ，使用法が簡便で，これまでの自動視野計と比べて多くの点で優れている。この自動視野計はscreeningのみならず緑内障や半盲症の早期発見や経過観察に有用である。

We designed and developed a compact and in-expensive automated static quantitative perimeter, Automatic Tangent Screen (ATS-85). Built-in strategies dealt with thresholdrelated suprathre-shold perimetry, classification of defect area into three zones and dB determination of sensitivity of the relative scotoma.

This automated perimeter ATS-85 was simple to use and superior to the automated perimeters on the market in many respects. It was found that this perimeter was useful for screening purposes and in the early diagnosis and follow-up of open angle glaucoma and hemianopsia.
