正常者における静的フリッカー中心視野の検討

Central static flicker fusion field in normal subjects

　中心30°以内の静的フリッカー視野を年齢別に正常者において検討を行った。対象は20歳代，30歳代，40歳代，50歳代の正常者10名づつ，合計40名である。

　結果として正常静的フリッカー視野（中心30°以内）は中心部が最も高く，周辺に向かって感度が低下する比較的なだらかな島状を呈し，不規則な凹凸はほとんどみられなかった。しかし，測定点毎の測定値には大きな個人差がみられた。また測定値の加齢による有意差は認めなかった。この結果より，静的フリッカー視野の正常—異常の判定基準を作成した。

We evaluated the static flicker fusion field within 30 degrees from the fixating point in 40 normal subjects, consisting of 4 groups of 10 persons each from the second to the fifth decade. The static flicker fusion field showed the peak in the central area and gradually decreased toward the periphery.Flicker fusion threshold for each point of measure-ment showed considerable individual fluctuations. There was no significant age-related differences among the 4 groups. We proposed criteria to iden-tify pathological static flicker fusion field from the present findings.
